Philippines Visitor Visa requirement

  1. Visa application form fully and legibly completed in English.
  2. One passport size photograph taken. Scanned photos are not acceptable.
  3. Bank statements for the last six months stamped and signed by bank officer
  4. Original passport valid for at least 6 month
  5. Itinerary
  6. Hotel Booking
  7. Original letter of invitation from reference person or company in the Philippines. The letter must also be signed by the authorized company signatory and notarized in the Philippines.

IF Businessman

  1. Company – (Incorporation certificate, MOA, AOA )
  2. Partnership  (Partnership deed  or Registration of Firm or GST Registration )
  3. Proprietorship – ( Registration Certificate or GST Registration )
  4. Company/ Firms / Personal latest Bank statement for the last six months
  5. ITR with computation page of last three years.
  6. Cover Letter


IF Employed / Service person

  1. No objection certificate from the current Employer for the duration of travel
  2. Salary slip for the last three months / salary certificate from the Employer
  3. Official letter from company where employed mentioning applicant’s travel to the Philippines, expected duration of stay and number of entries applied for (single entry/ multiple entry valid for 6 months or 1 year )

IF Student

  1. NOC from School
  2. School ID card.
